At Freedom Church, we exist to Connect, Equip, and Send. We connect people across cultures, generations, and denominations, breaking down walls of separation and creating a true family atmosphere where all are welcome. We equip believers to know their identity in Christ and live a life that boldly seeks to see the power of God in their daily lives, along with activating their God-given gifts. Our heart is for every believer to be sent to disciple others and fulfill their Kingdom mandate.

OUR HISTORY

Freedom Church was officially established on July 4, 2021, following three years of faithful ministry as Freedom Worship Center under the leadership of Pastor Phillip Schrimsher. Being led by the Spirit, Pastor Phillip made the honorable decision to pass the baton of leadership, installing me as the Senior Pastor—a moment I received with deep humility and reverence. It was on that day that Freedom Worship Center transitioned into what we now know as Freedom Church, as the Lord began to birth a fresh vision in our hearts to carry out His will for His people.

 

Our vision is to develop, disciple, and deploy the Body of Christ into deeper relationship with God and with one another—equipped to serve His Kingdom with passion and purpose. We are committed to expanding the reach of the Gospel through transformed lives, impacting our city, and pursuing future initiatives such as church planting and transitional rehabilitation programs to serve the least of these in our community.
